My versa continuously vibrates switches to exercise and then run,  then it vibrates to tell me nothing new here all caught up.   It is constant!! I have done the reset it does not help.   I have even taken it off and set it down. It does it when it isn't even on my wrist.  It is driving me insane!!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're having with your Fitbit Versa which continuously vibrates and switches to exercises. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue by doing a restart. If possible, I recommend turning off your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community@Ashfaue. I am sorry for the delayed response.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Since the issue persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Please keep me posted.

My versa is doing the same thing as well. Did factory reset resolve the issue?

This just started happening to me as well. It’s 1:30 in the morning and I’ve reset it multiple times, changed the clock face and attempted to get to settings however I’m unable to get into settings due to the screen changing on its own. This Versa isn’t even a year old yet. Any suggestions to fix this issue? Is yours resolved?

I got it to quit just long enough to factory reset it. I had to delete it from my Bluetooth devices on my phone then reconnect it as a new device again with the Fitbit app. There was an update for my Fitbit that it installed. Seemed to solve the problem for the most part. The other day the time was off but once it synced again it was fine. Now I know to keep it out of the water even though they say they are somewhat water proof. That seems to be when mine started acting up was after a swim with my kids.

Same issue started 3 days ago. I've tried everything, including the factory reset and nothing helps. This is my third fitbit and my last. Every  model has strange issues that support can't seem to figure out - factory reset can't be your answer to EVERY problem!! Looking at the new Samsung, which has more features and costs about the same.

I have exactly the same problem. I have reset the Fitbit to original factory settings, changed the clock face, uninstall and reinstalled the app, turned it off and on again numerous times and it keeps vibrating and turning on the exercise screen. It's driving me nuts, wakes me at night and drains the battery.

Has anyone found a solution other than binning it? It's only 21 months old.

I had to get a new one, it wouldn’t stop. The battery kept draining, it kept waking me up, it was horrible. FitBit didn’t help much, mine was just barely out of the one year warranty. They gave me a 30% off coupon for a new one. Hope you were able to fix yours!!
