Can this production send to the Netherlands? And can i set the language in to dutch?

Hi @Wouter413  -  see Fitbit Official Site for Activity Trackers and More for the Netherlands

In your Fitbit profile it is a selectable language, see your settings here and remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync? You may get the language on the watch.

See also internal language support  Netherlands is included so may be it is now supported.
