my fitbit versa lite smartwatch will not switch on. the fitbit logo doesnt come on the screen , the watch has been fully charged .  over the last couple of weeks it has failed to sync . the watch has lost its time settings....i have tried numerous things ..such as holding the side button down for   3mins   to 10 mins as instructed via website.....i have left it for 1 full day at a time with out trying to switch on ......please help .

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Sent from my GalaxyThank you .I will ring them first thing in the morning . I have been without my working fitbit for 11 days now 🥺, I didnt realise how much I relied on it ....but I'm still running , exercising etc lol 🏃‍:female_sign:.thanks Guy.
