new firmware does fix problems

I just got the new 4.1.3 firmware update. I'd hoped that it would fix the screen issues, the not waking etc.

 

nope.

 

i give up.

I should have done this a couple of days ago but please consider this a retraction of my post above. The 4.1.3 firmware DID fix all of my problems. It just wasnt instantaneous. I had to let the battery fully discharge and recharge. At that point everything was working perfectly and is still working great.
