new sync problem -- maybe bluetooth broken on versa 2

I updated firmware recently.

Worked fine last week.

Problem started in last 2 days.

 

Versa 2 would not sync with app in morning unless I restarted Versa.

I was able to sync today at 9 AM after restarting Versa.

At 10 AM it would not sync.

 

Restarted phone. Restarted Versa.

No sync.

 

I removed Versa 2 from app intending to reconnect.

Now I can't pair it.

 

Help. Was it the firmware update?

Hi @RichardMW sorry about the problems. 

Yes removing the tracker from your account when you already know the app is unable to talk to the tracker is a big mistake. 

BTW You don't have to remove the tracker to set it up as a replacement device. 

 

We still have to fix the sync issue and then we should be able to setup the tracker as a new device, probably losing all unsynced data.
