problems changing clock face on versa 2

I changed the clock face on my versa 2 and it keeps defaulting to original clock face.  When i hit button on left side, i can see new clock face, and then slide up to git fitbit icon.  What can i do to fix this?

hey! i was noticing this when i first got mine as well. As far as i can tell the default clock is for when the fitbit is in "sleep mode" so if you have the setting to always on, after it being idle for 10 seconds it will switch back to the default. to change this you can turn off the always on by swiping down and then just turn on the screen wake to motion and it will show the custom clock when ever you move too look at your fitbit! hope this helps.

So you can’t have your clock face always on unless you use their default screen. Kind of disappointed.
