I purchased my Fitbit Versa at 930 this morning (4 hours later) still havent been able to use it. The pairing wont work, said bluetooth not working, and now it is showing clock error on the screen. So it wont allow me to factory reset. Please help.

Im repeating this post anywhere I can... cause this is unacceptable for a $240 device. Thanks for nothing fitbit. ...This issue, along with many other annoying issues means I'll be bringing this overpriced pile of turd back for a full refund. Versa + Android (One+ 3T) i've not even owned it for 13 hours and I've already wasted at least four attempting to set it up.

I just received the Special Edition Versa after waiting a while, and it booted to the "Clock Error" screen after the setup.. I can't even scroll to get to Settings to factory reset it and can't load the clock faces section of the app to change it !! Unbelievably disappointed! 😕

Its impossible to access the app and clock section in the fitbit app since i got the watch few days ago. The error message is "oops there is no internet connection"
I know this is a new product and things happen for the first batch. I just want to know is that my watch hardware issues or your server side problem?

I bought the versa today tried to set it up and it's stuck on "Clock Error" rang support he said they were aware and the techs were 'probably' working on it. Now have read many other problems with wifi, notifications, sleep and more. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed that I have spent $300 on a lemon.

Nah, They are just having a little hiccup.
I am guessing they will fix it soon, as this is a problem with the apps and clockfaces-store.
Hopefully their tech-department will have fixed this by tomorrow.

Bought mine yesterday. I have tried to update it 6 or 7 times. Each time fails or just never progresses. I turned off the bluetooth, reset the fitbit, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, deleted the versa off of my profile. Nothing works. Now I have the clock error on the screen. Did a factory reset (hold 3 buttons, logo appears let go of bottom right button only, continue holding left and top right until vibrates. found this on fitbit forum). Now I am trying AGAIN to setup and I have the 4 digits but now its not connecting.
WTAF. Does Garmin have this much BS problems?

There are loads of people with the same problem, mines been like it since last night. I called fitbit this morning and got an email back from them later stating they were aware of the problem and working to fix it. Hope this helps.

This is my first FitBit and I am beginning to think the same.
It will not sync to my phone or ipad. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, rebooted, turned off, turned on. Nothing. My bluetooth says it can't find the watch even though they are side by side. I can't customize the watch face or check out any apps. My heart rate (which is what I bought it for) now is completely off as well. Hoping this if all fixed VERY soon.

It was kind of an impulse buy. Regret it already. Setting-up took ages, only to greet me with the clock error...
