Hello, my fitbit versa keeps saying clock error, however whenever I try to get a new clock face from my fitbit app it says unable to connect. I have unpaired my phone with the fitbit twice, I have reset my watch three times. I am unsure how to fix the problem. I use my watch often at work as I am a nurse. This has really sucked not being able to use my watch. My Bluetooth is paired, I keep getting notifications on my watch so I know it is linked. How do I fix the clock error.

Hi, which Clock Face are you trying to install? A Fitbit one or a third party one? kuzibri

@cole2121 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the "clock error" message that your Versa is displaying.
In addition to the information that requested @SunsetRunner, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, try changing the clock face again to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.
