Anyone else getting this error? I have uninstalled and reinstalled. My wifi is great and it still wont open even when i use my 4G, which is fine. This is not a new device and I have had the app (before i reinstalled it) for over a year with no issues.

What type of phone are you having issues with @KelleCfit
Does it only happen during a sync of the tracker, or should I ask when does this happen.

My husband assigned a VPN to my phone and it was blocking Fitbit. He took it off and all is finally good. Ty

Why should you use a VPN (I know what a VPN does, use it sometimes on my PC too) on your mobile device, but when you feel that's needed, add Fitbit.com to the white list of this particular VPN and your problem is also solved.
