This started out with my heart rate monitor (green lights) not working. I followed steps in other help topics for that issue, and ended up doing a full factory reset.
Following steps to re-add my Fitbit device to the app, it now says my Fitbit needs an update, but after putting in the sync code all I get on the Fitbit Versa 2 face is a red X on the screen, and a message "Couldn't update" on my i iPhone. I have tried removing from Bluetooth (no other items are currently connected to Bluetooth), shutting down both the FitBit and iPhone, shutting down Bluetooth and restarting it, nothing works.
Please help.
