Ok went to set up my versa lite and accidently hit just versa....actually got it set up on my phone and realized my versa is a lite.....so cannot get it to set up how can I start all over again?
Hi @jannyk - you should be able to open the app on your phone ... tap Account —> Versa —> Remove Device. Close the Fitbit app. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and give the command to Forget device.
Power your phone off. Wait a few minutes then set up the Versa Lite. That should do it!
