Hello there-
I just got a Versa and I am trying to set it up. It gets stuck right after I type in the code that pops up on the Versa screen. I have turned my phone on and off. I am reinstalled the app. I don't have issues with my wifi.
any suggestions?

What phone are you setting up with? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
