I thought i set up my watch properly. Its a fitbit sense advanced. Things seem to be missing for example i cant find setting icon. If I long press a list comes up and i can see settings there but i can't open it.
I also can't find other icons.
I am really stumped and fed up tryng to sort.
Tried a long press but that didn't sort anything out.
Can anybody help me.

Hi @devorgilla - it is not clear if you have a Versa , Sense or Sense 2. If the icons are missing on the watch and you followed the correct operations, if may need a factory reset but chat first using the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.
