@tbt62 It's because one of the indicators that you're asleep that Fitbit uses is your heartrate and movement. If your heartrate drops to your resting heart rate or below and you're not moving much, then fitbit might assume you're asleep. Especially, if you lie still for more than an hour. It happens to me sometimes, when I'm in bed reading a book. 😄
