Is the Versa absolut waterproof and ok to swim with?

Hi @Therese12 the versa, like all Fitbits you cannuse fornswimmi g, is not officially classed as 'waterproof'. This doesnt mean you cant swim in them. They are classed as water resistant to 50 meters which is all you will need for normal swimming. I wouldnt go deep sea diving in them, nor would a wear them in rough seas as the pressures may exceed that they can take. 

 

The fact that the term waterproof isnt used is to do with government regulations on what waterproof means. 

 

I have swum twice a week wearing mine since I got it nearly 10 months ago with no problems whatsoever.
