A few days ago I got the latest Fitbit firmware update and now it's hard to sync with Bluetooth. I did a full repairing and have to reset the Versa watch all the time to get it to sync. I already called Fit two days in a row.
I don't knew how to fix this problem.

Same thing: no problem syncing for two months of ownership, then the s/w update, and now can no longer sync at all with either of the two devices that synced perfectly before. It was definitely the update -- why no fix yet, Fitbit?
