had the regular versa for  over a year the face fell off (at the gym )  couldn't repair it, so got the Versa lite, battery last less than 12 hours have to charge it twice a day (is this normal) , i have a plain clock face, constantly flashes (go on and off ) , go to exercise mode in the middle of the night or go to timer go , the face is shaking at time can't move screen to screen  is not stable i thought it would smooth out but just getting worse, is this normal Love my first Versa but could spend another $400 plus for one so when for the cheaper one at $200 now i regret it  i really dislike this one

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ChrisEvaCharli.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience with your Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Versa Lite. I totally understand how you are feeling as you loved your Fitbit Versa and opted for the Fitbit Versa Lite in order to continue reaching your goals. Thank you for providing the details of the battery and display issues you're experiencing. I am here to help you. I recommend you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa Lite internally. After that please charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.

I appreciate the information that you're using a plain clock face. Please confirm if it's a Fitbit clock face. For additional tips to prevent battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Please keep me posted!
