touchscreen doesn't work

Hi, 

 

Yesterday my Versa was working perfect and suddenly when I woke up this morning the touchscreen wasn't working. 
In this Fitbit community they give the advice to restart to fabric settings in te app 'settings', but I can't get there because the touchscreen isn't working. 

Has someone any other info or help?

The restart instructions for the Versa watches are:

 

For Fitbit Versa press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.

 

Hopefully that will get things going again. If not, then it may be a hardware issue and you might want to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
