won’t work

My Fitbit versa is currently not working at all. I cheapies for the battery percentage and put it in charging and after that it is unresponsive. The Fitbit charger won’t charge the device or turn it on. The Fitbit app is also having difficulty looking or my Fitbit and can’t seem to connect to it. Lastly, all of the buttons are also not working and it seems as if the device is completely dead.

Hi @Prachet_M  Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? Give that a go, but if it doesnt help then please come back here.
