Hello @Hanen
Go to your Bluetooth on your mobile device and look to see if your Versa 2 says it’s connected. Try turning your Bluetooth off, then turn your phone off for for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on then your Bluetooth back on. If the problem persist try restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose any of your data performing a restart. Just hold the side button on your Versa 2 and continue to hold it down until the Fitbit Logo appears then release the button. The Versa 2 will vibrate letting you know that the restart is complete. Now try to see if you can sync now.
I hope this provides you with a solution. Please let me know

Hello again @Hanen
Please check here to see if compatibility is a possible issue: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. If compatibility is not an issue make sure your Versa 2 is only connected to one device. (Some individuals have their Fitbit tracker connected to multiple devices and it can cause conflict and syncing difficulties). You can certainly try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App. Just log back in as you normally would.
