Versa 2 warranty problems

I am very frustrated my replacement versa 2 has malfunctioned and fitbit are telling me it is out of warranty as the original versa 2 it replaces was paired to my account in 2019. I did not have a versa in 2019, i had a charge 3. My versa 2 device is not out of warranty, it was a replacement for 2 previous faulty devices. My original versa 2 device was purchased new in august 2021, this malfunctioned and was replaced by the retailer under warranty in March 2022, the replacement then malfunctioned and was replaced direct by fitbit under warranty in may 2022. None of the 3 devices is over 12 months old so should all be under warranty. My current device i have only had 10 days!  Has anyone else had an issue where fitbit are saying you registered a device years before you actually did? I just want a working device!!!
