I've had my versa 2 for just over 2 years. today I've been trying to get it to charge (original charging dock/usb) and all it keeps saying is that there's not enough power. Usually I have it plugged into my computer tower, so now I have it plugged into a plug/outlet and it's telling me the same thing. It's quite frustrating.

Hi @1crazypenguin check with support. They can often "see" more about your Fitbit from their end.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
