versa 2 not syncing - android

my versa 2 could not be synced today. i've reset the bluetooth connection and the device is still not being recognized.

Logout of the Fitbit App, restart both watch and phone then try Tips to pair Sense via Bluetooth should work for the Versa 2 as well.

 

Note - not to have other Bluetooth devices on when doing this.
