My year old+ Versa 3 no longer registers zone minutes despite continuing to be as active as before it stopped recording those activities. What do I need to do to get them recorded/recognized?

Hi @notgarmin - did you try restarting the watch?
It can sometimes be a watch face or syncing issue, or even the Fitbit App.
To check after the restart and use, swipe the watch face to the left and use the Today app, to see if this is correct.
Then it depends also where you are looking. Sync the watch and check in the Fitbit App if the information is correct.
Versions of the Fitbit App may have problems showing the information and if it is a clock face problem (possibly resolved after a restart) try another clock face.
