I bought a new Versa 3, charged it, but it does not connect to my phone.
I get the message: versa 3 declined your pairing request from my phone.
One the watch, it says 100% (for the battery) and keep asking to download the app.

How are you trying to do the pairing? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app.

I contacted support and It turned out that my LG V20 is only running android 8.0.0 and is not supported.
