Watch keeps falling off

My Versa 3 is less than 6 mths old but the strap keeps falling off as it doesn't stay clicked in to the watch itself.

I had bought a leather strap but it couldn't stay fitted to the watch, so I thought it was the leather strap that was faulty. But now I think it is the watch itself that is faulty.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey @MaureenMcGinn. I have not had that problem myself. If your watch is less than a year old, you should contact customer support

I had this happening to me. You may have the same problem I did.  Take your band off, flip it upside down and reattach it. There is a tiny little notch in the band that if your not looking close, you won’t see it. That notch keeps it in place. I had installed the band upside down so the notch was on the outside, and it kept falling off at the lightest touch.
