versa app

I had a Charge 2 and recently bought a Versa.  I can't seem to get the old app  to work for the Versa or to load a new Fitbit app for the Versa.  I have an iPhone 8.

Are you going to "Set up a Device' to add the new device to your old account?

If so, what happens?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, couldn’t get to the screen that was supposed to lead me to the Versa. Just keep getting to a screen where I can open the app and when I do, it goes blank.

Thanks for your quick response.  

 

I haven't been able to get to a screen that will allow me to set up a new device.  When I try to open the existing app, the screen goes blank.
