versa going haywire!

My verse has been scrolling through functions on it’s own. Constantly vibrating at times and will get stuck on a screen.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this solves the problem. Regards kuzibri

Thanks for responding. Ended up calling support and they’re sending a replacement. They did have me do what you suggested to no avail.
