My versa has lost connective. My phone no longer finds it, syncing is terrible. Help

Same problem plus my screen stays dim and the action is grayed out.

I have the same issue with my Versa.  It used to sync with my iPhone 7+, but now after I installed the new iOS release on my phone I get the message that my trackers aren't syncing because my iPhone Bluetooth is off.  But in Settings on my phone, Bluetooth IS on, and it even shows that my Versa is connected.
