Wrong time

My fitbit watch time stopped keeping the right time a week ago. I lost my 14 year job, because I was unaware it was 10 minutes off.

After that it wouldn't sync for about a week.

It is now syncing, but the time is still off, and I am unemployed for the first time in my 55 year old life.  Is anyone else having these problems?

Hi, are you by any chance using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. In a lot of cases this solves these kind of problems. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Lynnemunoz  the time on the device comes from the device that you use to sync with. Which phone and platform do you use? If it's syncing now, try a restart of the Fitbit a few times to see if that helps you. As for losing your job, most places wouldn't let a person go because they were late a few times within a week. As for unemployment, make some calls, check the local classified for whatever your specialty is and find a place that will appreciate you. Change is often the beginning of something even more wonderful.
