Help! my versa just keeps coming up with unlock with phone. nothing I do works the pain isn't coming up to out into my phone and now on the app my versa has disappeared.... how can I reset the fitbit and start again ? holding the rest button isn't working

@finitemermaid the device gets locked after to many wrong pin attempts. Do you have the pin set for only fitbit pay?
Normally a user would simply open the app, go to account, tap on the Versa, Device lock, and change the pin. This can be unlocked in less than 30 seconds.

However since the Versa has been removed from your Fitbit account. We will have to do a factory reset.
