Hi,
I have been unable to Sync my Versa to my phone since 05 October. i also do not receive text notifications etc.
i have reset the watch numerous times. Uninstalled the app etc. Still not working!! i have had this unit for 2 months & it has literally only worked for the first couple of weeks. Im very disappointed 😞

Have you gone into the Bluetooth settings in the phone and tried to re-pair it? How about restarting the phone?

Yes. I have chatted with the helpdesk and now I am hearing that it may not be compatible with my phone...LG6 which seems crazy!! I've had the watch just shy of 2 months and it worked fine until October 5th and then it just stopped.
