The versa was working fine yesterday but now it will sync any of activities or sleep. I noticed there was some issues this morning about my IP being blocked (which makes no sense)> i've restarted it about 5 times as well as did two factory resets..... no luck

Hi, do you mean that the activities are present on your Versa but not in the Fitbit app after syncing?

Hi, try the following:
1. Logout of your Fitbit account.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app without removing/unpairing your Versa from the Fitbit app
3. Restart your phone and enable BT
4. Reinstall Fitbit app again, so you have the latest version
5. Login back to your account.
6. For certainty, restart your Versa once and sync it with the Fitbit account.
This should solve your problem.

Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. I talked to fitbit support and apparently they are having issues with the syncing right now

OK, hope they will solve that soon. Did not notice this myself, but maybe this does not account for every Country? My syncing works perfect.
