Hi there!  I've just bought my new Versa and spent hours trying to change the time to my location (UK) but it keeps defaulting to Los Angeles and I have tried absolutely everything.  I change it to the right location, drag the screen down to sync but it defaults to los angeles every time . I have tried setting it to a completely different time and then then switching back to desired time I have switched off phone.  I have removed app and then downloaded it again.  Things that have worked for other people hasn't worked for me.  Apart from the disappointment, I am going slowly insane!  Any suggestions most welcome.

Hi, go to www.fitbit.com/consent, which will show you your dashboard of your Versa. Press settings on top of the screen on the right side and then again on settings. Scroll down to "Timezone" and adjust it accordingly. Also have a look on "Clock display time"  and see if that fits your needs. When you're ready, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press "Submit". After that restart your Versa and sync it with your Fitbit app and the time should be correct.

It worked!  I followed your instructions which were wonderfully precise and simple and then simply logged out and then logged back into to fit bit app and now the time is correct.  So happy.
