I’ve tried so many times contacting Fitbit over what appear to be electrical burns right over the sensor! The poor customer service is ridiculous! Your devices are causing harm and you couldn’t care less! It’s been weeks now and not even an email in response to my multiple emails and phone calls! You need to rectify the cause where others don’t get burned!

Hi, this is a very well know problem and probably caused by an alllergic reaction. Type in the search bar of the Versa's home screen "Versa discomfort" and you will see a lot of topics about the same issue, including some suggestions.
