i got a versa today and I'm trying to set it all up with the app but it is not syncing have done everything it tells me to do when its not working multiple times and still isn't working i have reset my phone and the Fitbit, i have turned the bluetooth on and off, i have it on charge, phone is up to date it has been 3 hours of trying to do this. some help would be so greatful i have never had this issue with past products
