versa not working

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

When you can, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and scroll down to Factory Reset.
