Since today morning my Versa is not working properly. It turned off on its own during the night and I could not wake it up with the "home button" on the left side. I put it on charger and could also charge it, it also synced with my phone, I still could not turn it on: the screen showed the fitbit logo for a while and that's it.
I restarted then as advised in the forum (home button + lower button on the right side) - now I can use the screen, but the device still shows defects: the screen brightness is once is just too dim, the other moment it is too bright. Even though I do not move my hand it keeps turning back on the screen ...
What more can I try so that it is back to normal, do you have some more advice?
In case it is needed, how do I contact customer support? (e-mail/ chat preferred).

@reni.ke Sorry your Versa is not behaving as it should. Try restarting it several times. If this doesnt fix it then try a factory reset (on the Versa go to the settings app and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it contact Support (link in my signature)

Though I spent the evening to troubleshoot the device, I had no luck. I did the factory reset, but this did not help either.
I contacted the seller in the meantime, I hope to have my versa repaired/ replaced soon.
