versa: reminders to move

Good morning! I am a night shift nurse working 7 PM to 7 AM. My versa will not let me set my reminders to move from AM-PM to PM-AM, my most active times. The "choose between 5-14 hours" highlights red when trying to do 7 PM- 7 AM and does not give the option to select okay due to it being greyed out. It allows 7 PM to 12AM, but not past 12 AM. Can I fix this?

You can't get round this problem at the moment. There is a feature suggestion to change the way this works to cater for night shift workers. If you'd like to vote for it you can find it here:

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Allow-night-shift-reminders-to-move-or-customize...

Note though fitbit's comment that they don't currently have plans to make this change.

Hi,
I’m developing a clock face for the Versa and Ionic that supports shift workers and am looking for a few users to test it. It is based on my existing “Move It!” clock face with the addition of night shift support. Please see the description of that clock for details, and try it if possible, although the published version does not support night shift workers.
Currently the Reminders to Move counts reset at midnight and I’m making that customizable so you can set it to a time when you are sleeping (e.g. noon).
Note – This only works on the device (i.e. the Fitbit web site won’t understand what the watch shows)
If you are interested in testing it, please send me a private email and I can send you a link to download the clock.
Thanks,
John
