Hi
My versa has went to the alarm settings by its self.
Back button will not take this off.
Tried reset and this does not active.
What now?

First of all, can you confirm you performed the restart by pressing the back button for about 10 seconds? Also, if you could share some pictures of what you are seeing right now on your watch, that would be very helpful for our investigation.

Yes i tried the reset procedure. it does not reset
It is stuck on the "alarm clock" settings screen
