Got my versa for 2+ weeks and it started giving problems ,a new one everyday
- cannot connect to phone gps
- unable to display heart rate on phone app
- unable to sync
sad to see so many complains about fitbit in the forum ...

Using a Oppo R11...it worked fine for the 1st week , there was an app update and there after the issues started appearing one by one over the last few days

You are absolutely right . Experimented it by syncing with an iphone and it worked seamlessly .
Still puzzled that it was able to work fine on Oppo when i first got it .
