i have had every fitbit ever made and never had problems, but this Versa 2 is a piece. Haven't had it a year, wont charge and now all it says "DATA not cleared" sync and try again? but nothing will work and it won't charge Any thoughts?
Best AnswerCall customer support and they'll guide you through a quick troubleshooting process then issue you a return label if still under warranty. Shipping takes awhile (FedEx Smartpost). My Versa 2 recently failed with about 900 miles on it in 7 month. Really enjoyed the watch and what it offered.
