Ent to bed last night with 42% charge on device. Woke up this morning and the screen was showing the red exclamation indicating the battery was dead. I immediately put on charger. Have been charging for 4 hours now (when I put it on charger nothing happened, no screen turn on, no vibration, nothing) and still nothing. Tried restarting by holding down side button (for about a minute +, didn't want to give up too soon:)) but I don't even get the Fitbit logo, just a black screen. There are no lights on the back either. It is completely dead and won't do anything. Any suggestions? I've only has it for nine months...

Hi @talqdev, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it to charge or is it completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
