hello! i’ve had my watch since christmas and on maybe 4/5 occasions now my watch has shut off and displayed the fitbit icon flashing continuously every couple of seconds but will not turn on again unless i plug it in to charge. i know it is not because it has low battery as on most of these occasions my watch has been at least 50% charged.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, unfortunately the next step will be a Factory Reset. You have to realize that after a factory reset the Versa is brought back to the "in the box" state in the factory and thus acts as a new device, which needs to be setup all over again, but that is all in the linked article . If that also does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support.

i will try resetting several times but i also tried the factory reset when i first got the watch, and it still does this 😕
