my watch won't sync for 5 days already.. i have tried rebooting it and turning bluetooth and wifi on and off like a billion times but nothing helps.. what can i do ? 😞 the app on my laptop is already very limiting and now it won't even sync with the watch directly next to it... i have tried reconnecting this and that but none of the solutions i found work...

Hi, are you using Fitbit Connect to sync with your PC? If yes, try this (works automatically when you're logged in to your fitbit account): https://www.fitbit.com

I have tried everything the app and page have suggested me, and then as a last stand factory reset the watch.. i set it up again after a few tries but made it even worse. it still wont sync and i cannot even install apps or watch faces with the newly setup watch.. is there anything i can do ?

Hi, do you have a tablet? If yes, than install the Fitbit app on your tablet. Fitbit will warn you that it's not created for this device, just ignore it and press install. Repeat the setup procedure of your Versa with your tablet. This enables you to download apps, clock faces and syncing. The only thing, of course, that will not work when you enabled calls in your notifications. For the rest it workd the same as the Fitbit app on a mobile device. Good luck!!

no not really, i am pretty broke and my phone (honor 6A) won't sync no matter what i did, so my laptop is the only possible available device I've got

Hi, you can do two things now:
1. Perform a Factory Reset. After this procedure, your Versa acts like a new one and try setting it up again with your Honor phone.
2. Contact Customer Support.
I will also bring your problem under the attention of a Moderator.
