Hi
I purchased Versa for my mom. I was able to synch it to her iphone 5, with no problems. However, it will not synch to her ipad pro. I have tried everything--even talking to fitbit rep and best buy rep.
The Versa, phone and ipad just will not synch.
She really wants it to synch to ipad, so she can see the information better.
Does anyone have any advice for this issue?
