This happened with me too, today. No workouts showing up as the new week started.
Looks like noone has a fix?

All my workouts for this week are gone, too. It happened this morning. I made a new plan to continue with my previous one, and now it's stuck saying my plan is on the way. Frustrated to say the least.

I have now received the update and on the main screen it is explained that from now on there will only be weekly objectives, not a plan, and the pre-existing ones will be decommissioned. In my opinion they couldn't fix The training plan and therefore they radically changed it

I managed to get the ai coach to give me a written plan to confirm I was happy with and took a screenshot of it. Frustrating that the fitness plan isn't populating but this was my work around for now. I still haven't got the v6.48 update that started rollout on the 23rd of April. Hoping once I get that it may fix the issue.

Tapping that feedback tab takes me to Google feedback, not Fitbit

I have done the same thing up to now and I continue to do it with the new update because, I have some bad news, but now if you decide to train with the Coach, The weekly training tab disappears altogether. The new and convenient screen for manually entering exercises/series/repetitions also disappears. Honestly I'm not liking it at all

Hi everyone!
I completely understand how frustrating it has been to not receive a weekly Plan as expected, I can assure you our dev team hears you and are working on improving the Public Preview and how it works. Fresh off the presses I have some info for you all:
The issue is expected to be resolved once you update to Fitbit app version 4.68, which introduces a new Plan experience. (For IOs users you might need to manually update the app via the App Store and Android Users might not see an "Update" option yet as the update will roll-out during the course of this week.)
If you are not sure what version you currently have you can check so following these steps:
Tap on your Fitbit app profile picture > Fitbit settings > Help > at the bottom under "App version"
As a Moderator for the community I want to assure you all your comments are being sent over to the development team and they are working hard to make sure the Public Preview works smoothly.

I talked to customer service today. They said because this is not a final version of the app with the AI that there's no update to fix this situation. So as of right now nothing's going to be done by what they're telling me

I think I already have the new "Experience Plan" because I have the app version 4.68.1 (1104028138).

Hi again!
For those that do already have the app version 4.68 (and were already on-boarded to the personal health coach) but are still experiencing the issue, please try the following:
Please report back if this helps you get your weekly plan back so I can send the reports back to our technical team!

Following these steps, I do not have an option to regenerate my weekly plan 😕

There is no Regenerate button to trap.

I don't have the " Regenerate weekly plan " option.... BUT I solved the problem.
Up until now I had nothing in the Fitness tab and the coach gave me the training only in chat.
Today I asked the Coach directly " Can we create a weekly plan so I can consult it on my own?'
The coach took note and created the plan (he actually created 2 goals) but now I have everything in the Fitness tab. Complete training (for the day, nont the week) with exercises, the card with repetitions and loads etc.
It's a little chaotic but that's okay

It did not work for me. Getting new plan on the way which is not generating. I've asked to modify my plan coach says I can't access your plan try later , something like that.

Hm, I think you got lucky, or maybe is because you had already received the update? I asked the coach directly this am...it just got hung up, spinning endlessly, and created nothing.
I find it funny that the coach messages about my gap in logging lol

Well, frustrating update, I queried the ai coach again, this time it reinterviewed me to "set up a workout plan" adk8ng questions about goals, schedules, my equipment etc
Asked me to wait 10 minutes.
3 hours later it still says plan is in the works, and my fitness tab shows zero workouts
