Dismiss a Coach card

There is an option to dismiss a coach card once you’ve read it, but it doesn’t work properly. I think it’s because after you dismiss a card, a pop up notification appears that says “card dismissed…..undo?”  Problem is the undo message never goes away. I’ve tried to dismiss a second card, but an unable to because the app is locked up. I have to exit the app and reopen it to make it go away.  The undo option needs to time out after a few seconds.

Please submit this using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompt and submit

Although you likely won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every submitted feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation, as appropriate.

Hi @ImCrushed   I can dismiss that second (Card dismissed…..Undo?) pop up by tapping on it.  I use iOS.  Please emphasize this in your feedback if this doesn't work in Android and your app keeps freezing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ImCrushed. I'm sorry to hear that the option to dismiss a coach card doesn’t work properly. Thanks for mentioning the steps that you've already followed. I'll be happy to assist. 

If you have Fitbit app version 4.66 (or lower), manually update to Fitbit app version to 4.66.1 (or higher) by visiting the the App Store.
