Finding cardio load quite frustrating

I go to the gym around two to three times a week depending on my work schedule. If it's two visits that week I tend to do more in the one visit than if it's a three visit week.

I'm not sure if your post got cut off since I don't see a reference to a cardio load issue in your post. Would you please give us more details about the problems you're having with cardio load?
