Hi @PriscillaAk, welcome to our community forums!
Thank you for letting me know about the missing menstrual cycle feature in the AI version of your Fitbit app, I’d like to help you out.
The Menstrual Cycle is now available in public preview! To dive in, please ensure your app is updated to version 4.67. A quick force quit and restart of the app should bring the feature. To check how to do it please check this article.
Also, I suggest you force quit the app:

Where is it? My app is updated and I don't see it anywhere

I did as you suggested, after the update even after force quit there are no option for tracking menstrual cycles

these are all the options

maybe check in Health tab>All Data. I don't need tracking anymore so it's not set up, but that's the only place I see it in Public Preview.
I have app version 4.68 on iOS.

Hello @PriscillaAk
I believe version 4.68 just started rolling out. The app version pinned post in the Android app forum is still shows version 4.67. I expect that post will be changed soon to show that version 4.68 is rolling out.
Please be patient and keep checking the Play Store for the app update.
Just to share, I'm in the last group that gets the Fitbit app updates. So I understand your frustration when the update isn't available to you yet.

I confirm I have the latest version 4.68. I confirm I have given Fitbit permission to help manage my cycle. I also did the force stop in the app and nothing I try to do brings up the option to see the cycle feature in the Health metrics.

Same here. I use for introduced to try the new app and don’t see this option, v4.68. This is one of the main reasons I am still with a FirBit decide and not an Apple Watch.

Hello @DVictoria , @HristinaSt
I understand that it's very frustrating to see that other users have a feature in Public Preview that you use on a daily basis and you're not seeing it yet. Although it's less than ideal, please continue to switch to the regular app version to track Menstrual health until the tile finally appears in your app. And keep checking the Health tab.
Just to let you know, I've seen features appear in my Public Preview several days after installing an update.
